It is the first working day in 2022 and it has been quite a hectic day =) Year 2020 and 2021 has been a challenging year for all of us - for majority of companies worldwide. With the pandemic, and major shifts in how businesses are run, companies can no longer afford to stay still or take a "wait-and-see" strategy. It has been a fast year - either you're on the bandwagon, or you're going to be left behind. Technology has become something very important, very crucial. It is no longer just a tool - it's an integral part of the organisation - from back office tasks to generating revenue for the company. OfficeCentral has grown from providing back office solutions for our customers such as HR, Payroll and Accounting, to modules that focus on generating revenue for the companies. The Covid-19 pandemic has pushed us, all of us, to embrace technology - it does not matter whether you're a business, or an individual. During the difficult time, technology has enabled us to continue our businesses and communicate with our family and friends. And technology is here to stay (Although, we hope Covid-19 will go away). At Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd, we start the year 2022 with a huge restructuring in the company. It has been our dreams to move the company to the next level, and the restructuring is done with this in mind. We are putting forward our best, so that we can deliver the best to our customers and stakeholders. We want to deliver the best to you. Alhamdulillah, effective today, I am the new Chief Executive Officer of Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd. It is a huge responsibility, and a huge challenge for me. Our former CEO, Ir Aziz Ismail, will be moving up to be the Executive Chairman of the company. With these changes, there will be a lot of work to be done. Pray for us! Assalamualaikum and a very good morning everyone. It’s the last Friday in this year’s Ramadhan, and I hope you all are doing very well. =) For today’s #CountYourBlessings , I would like to share about my team. Alhamdulillah, I am so blessed with such a wonderful team, whom I love love love so much, and I feel like they are my own family – and of course, at Authentic Venture, we are so close with each other just like family members. It took years and years to build a great team. We had some good times, and of course some bad times as well. Some years we have a good team, some years, we have a great one. And now, I am so blessed that we have an awesome one. Alhamdulillah. The leadership and management team we have, mostly started from nothing except for having huge passion and hard work. We did not have structured trainings to become leaders. We learned from trial and error. However, looking back, I am proud to say that each and every one of us have grown over the years, to become better each year. We are very close and I feel each one of us are just like brothers and sisters. We laughed, and we cried together – and become the shoulders for one another when we need them. Currently we are trying our best to improve the company to the next level. Please pray for us!! It’s one of our biggest dream that we would like to achieve this year. One of the ways is to build and develop new leaders, with more structured programs so that they (and us) can become better leaders, in order to build a great and strong team together. Additionally, we also focus on teambuilding and various projects that focus on inter-department activities in order to build closer bonds and teamwork.
