Fragments of Magic

. December is a special month for me when it comes to this story as this was the month I finally decided to stop having these characters just be dudes I drew and actually weave/piece together their story. . Fun fact: Brentan and Seraphina were the first two characters I created and were supposed to be a couple together (which is hilarious considering their relationship in writing now) But anyways, today I'm happy to introduce you guys to Brentan :) . . . Book Blurb: Just when Amber finally starts to understand the basics of how to wield the last part of her elemental magic, her mentor, Sage, is captured by the King’s elite forces for crimes against the crown. Living sequestered in the woods and with nowhere else to turn, Amber ventures to the nearby port city to look for help. There she finds an unwilling thief, Brentan, and manages to convince him to help in exchange for a favor for his own plans. Amber has no choice but to accept and they must work together to find a way to rescue Sage. . . . Art by Me

She has a stone heart, unbreakable walls, as she straightens her jacket; her face set for a war.  Tightlipped and narrow gazed, she crossed her arms and looked on like a commander preparing for battle.  Me?  I'm a glass figurine, cold and alone in false perfection.  Neither of us can afford to break, yet here we are and I think we'll shatter.

Now that I've done all my intro posts I'm floundering on what I should do next. I might take it easy for a bit while i decide. . Been testing the waters of getting back into book 2 draft 2 so that will probably end up being where today's energy is spent. . PS: when I say expanded elemental magic system I mean 12 full elements. ;)c

[Fragments of Magic] . Everyone over on IG voted Purple last night in the polls so here she is! Purple personified! Mimora has had a TON of different variations throughout the years but the core of her character has always stayed the same. There is one nickname I forgot to add but that's a surprise for later on in the book(s) as its a tribute to someone who meant a lot to me ♥ Can't wait for you guys to find it out ;)c This lady gets one POV chapter as a treat for all the bs she has to put up with lol. .
