A week of practice passed, and I wondered what kind of practice Doc would have and made a sketch about it!

Name: William Lemaître (he's Franco-American), or simply Liam.

Age: Around his late 30s to early 40s when his story takes place (which takes place in the 1980s).

Personality: Liam is an emotionally detached and pragmatic horror author who prioritizes his craft above all else. He has a dry, deadpan demeanor (think of Elise Ecklund or maybe a slightly toned down GLaDOS... or MoistCr1TiKaL), and views people as tools of inspiration for his work. Despite his reserved nature, he does have a rather unhinged sense of humor (like a lot of artists). His obsession with authenticity drives both his writing and his crimes.

This is a character for an original story I had in mind based on the concept of an obsessive and perfectionistic horror author who would go through extreme lengths to make his novels feel ‘realistic’ and ‘immersive’ (he's basically a serial killer [and possible cannibal] who uses his victims as first-hand experiences for his writings [and noting down the experiences in notebooks/journals]—his methods tend to be really inconsistent due to different things happening within his stories).

The name of the story in question is “Author's Note”

His character is also kinda multifandom-esque (he had a FNAF AU) so...

Bonus: “Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees” AU design

He actually lives in a city, but he would sometimes go on trips to towns... and sometimes a town would end up becoming an unlucky subject of his “research.”

i really really enjoyed this one gang. there are WAYYYY more ocs ive used to put myself into fandoms but this is my lore-confirmed holy team of self inserts. this one was a MARATHON to draw but it turned out very nice i think!!!!

KNIGHT-ME is a fun-loving and existentially difficult fae with many many issues which they make a habit of ignoring.

BUG-ME is a café owner who is a very good listener and a bad talker (given their whole head is a mouth, you'd think otherwise).

AUTHOR-ME is a neurotic narrator and an incredibly flamboyantly cruel one at that.

ACTOR-ME is a dimension-stealing creativity freak who enjoys the pastime of bullying children.

ME-ME, well, dats me.

GOD-ME is a reluctant and miserable god with too many voices in their head and too many responsibilities.

XANDER ROGER

- he's a famous author who's in his 40s-60s! But he despises his fans AND readers..

- he usually goes by his last name, most people get confused when they realize "Roger" isn't his first name-

- he's bi-curious

- he has a slight addiction to alcohol (specifically beer) but he tends to prefer cigarettes

- he had like 6 wives, he's currently single now

- he tends to forget to take care of himself because of work

- he always wears sunglasses! Mainly coloured ones

- he's very intimidating, he's a grumpy dude but mainly cuz he's tired and annoyed-

- he can get verbally abusive (but he would NEVER hit anyone)

- he writes his works with a typewriter because he hates most modern technology 😭

- he thinks Miu is pretty annoying but as much he hates to admit it.. He enjoys her company and somewhat sees her as a daughter figure? But he tries pushing that thought away

- he usually goes to book festivals and conventions to sign books

- not rlly important but he's based off Harlan Ellison!!

MIU MĀHOE

- Miu isn't her real name, she named herself after an anime character!

- she's enjoy writing fanfics as escapism from reality

- she likes horror stories and she's also an otaku

- she admires and looks up to Xander alot! And tends to follow him around alot everytime she sees him

- she's a scenekid!

- she's Polynesian and Hispanic (Hawaiian and Mexican)

- Miu sometimes visits xander's house.. Nobody knows how she got his address-

- she wants to work side by side with Xander some day

- she's blind in her left eye due to an accident that happened when she was at an convention in a cosplay.. She got hit with a yaoi paddle ☠️

- speaking of conventions, she's goes to alot of them! Specifically anime cons, comi-cons, ect

- she enjoys cosplaying she sometimes forces Xander to join her, LOL (he usually gives in) miu tends to spend alot on money on her cosplays that she usually goes broke- so her regular clothes look "cheap"-ish

- she sprinkles a bit of Japanese and Spanish into her sentences, mainly Japanese tho-

- her pupils are always very small fsr

- she's recovering from depression (incase you didn't notice, she has cut marks on her wrists and thighs)
