People chatting and talking over me: Maybe half a day without talking? That's so long!

Me, finally getting a word in when the topic of conversation has moved on: I know you all didn't hear me because you were too busy talking over each other, but I've gone four days without talking. It was nice.

Me: Waits for them to recognize the irony and laugh.

Them: Don't notice I said anything, continue chatting amongst themselves.

I respond on here more than on my actual messages/whatsapp. But Tbf my “friends” are lowkey assholes so🤷. There is also no pressure on here to respond in a “socially acceptable” way so I like it better here

The funniest version of that has to be playing Third Eye Blind. If Third Eye Blind (or a similar '90s jam) shows up in my transitional music rotation, I just picture whimsical scenes of LA traffic and street signs in my head.

Hello there, cause I've been doing fuckall with my time I suppose it's time for a discussion. Today's topic.. how about premonition dreams. Now while I love to be a man of science, I'm still looking for an explanation for my own experience, but here's how it goes. Ever since middle school or so, I would very sporadically have a dream that would come exactly true months, even years later. I could never know where or when it would happen, just that it did. Here's the very Important kicker though, I'm awful at remembering dreams, so by the end of the morning I completely forgot about it. As I was pondering last night, I realized that's why they could come true theoretically. Based on the quantum principle that upon being observed it changes, but more with the second part, where if you delete the observation data, it acts as though it has never been observed. So my premonition dreams came true, up until the point I remembered that I had the dream, and then everything diverges from the original dream. Now whether it's just me, a man with ASD, or just some strange firing of the Deja Vu kind of pathway, I'm still trying my best to figure this out. In any case, if you see me quietly mouth "oh I dreamt of this happening," know you've found me and my strangeness.
