Anyone wanting to heal from an autoimmune disease has to learn how to let their creative juices flow. From a psychosomatic point of view, autoimmune diseases are started by trauma related to challenges expressing one's truth, distrusting people and oneself, suppressed creativity. Autoimmune sufferers fear success and stifle their growth. We want to give up. In our childhood, we often felt attacked and we were made feel guilty. It happened on a subtle level, but because of our sensitivity, we felt it threefold. Autoimmune diseases are fueled by our self-sabotage, especially in nurturing ourselves and others, and also in creating and pursuing our passion. This was a prominent pattern in my life. A flash in a pan- I used to get excited about creative projects only to find myself self-sabotaging my efforts later on. My unused Bachelor's degree in photography is my greatest proof. How about you? Who made you feel this way? Who in the past made it unsafe for you to express yourself? Were your parents annoyed by your "loudness" and curiosity? Was your childhood creativity suppressed by lack of approval and harsh criticism? Could it be a pattern you inherited from your mother? What would be the worst thing that can happen if you let yourself be passionate and creative? What used to inspire you and stopped you from connecting to that? #psychosomaticrootcause #blockedcreativity #autoimmunerootcause #autoimmuneprotocol #holistichealing #holisticapproach #naturalhealing #selfunderstanding #languageofdiseases #metaphysicalanatomy #functionalmedicine #glutenfree #dairyfree https://www.instagram.com/p/BuBpU7iHHOj/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ujfh4xigdm6r
