I was excited initially that tiktok has automated captions but then I read that the people who makes the videos can turn them on or off... Which kinda... Defeats the purpose of having them in the first place since most people don't CC their videos?? But now I'm still just relying on other people to yay or nay captions on their videos instead of just being able to turn the captions on or off myself.
