Without question, the following images need no explanation to the average adult mind when viewed. These automatic emblems cause involuntary responses and are deeply rooted in our psyche.
These sexy lips need no explanation. This image calls the audience to think about sex instinctively.
“Steve Urkel” is a universal emblem for the everyday “dork” next door. If you have never even seen “Family Matters”, one could draw conclusions that this guy is not the “coolest” cat on the block.
The grim reaper calls an audience to recognize death. The grim reaper is synonymous with death, and is a world wide emblem of passing.
Without saying, this image is associated with murder. There is nothing in this imagery associated with “hunting” or “sport” shooting. This image reflects a different emotion, the primal compulsion of Murder.
