what do you do when you eat only 3 things and they’re all unhealthy and you feel terrible and guilty about all of it

#sensory processing disorders are fun!!! especially when paired with ever-increasing health anxiety!!!#what am i supposed to do.#like. i've been slowly incorporating more healthy stuff into my diet.#i had a kale smoothie and a protein bar today which is a big deal and took a lot.#but like. it's dinnertime and i need to eat food. like. a meal.#and there's no healthy meal food that i a) have the energy to make and b) will actually be able to eat enough of to fill me up #so like. i'm left with making chicken nuggets or ordering a pizza and i feel so fucking bad about eating that shit because it's shit #but i don't know what else to do!!!!#because i don't have any low-spoon healthy dinner options!!#and it makes me not want to eat at all but i know that is not an option because i'll just feel even worse if i don't!!!#auuugh!!!#i'm literally asking like if anyone has any advice for this situation pls share i'm melting #izzy.txt 2017 #food tw -#not rly disordered eating but like. in case??? idk?
