Staying home on this snowy day with this lovely sparkler. Lemon poundcake and marzipan notes on the nose. Similar on the palate with a moist lemon cake finish. Nice mousse and acidity on this guy. Quite lovely!

No sediment. Generous mousse: the crown-cap comes off with a shocking PFFFT, but no accidents out of the neck as can sometimes be experienced with the wild-cards of the style.
