“You looked pretty stressed I’m not gonna lie.” Dom admitted with a chuckle “But I also remember that feeling well. I certainly don’t miss it. Teaching can be stressful too don’t get me wrong but it’s a very different kind of stress. Hopefully the hot cocoa helps with the stress at least a little bit” he offered.

Ava sighed softly when he said that she looked stressed. "Yeah, it's not the best feeling. I just have to figure out this project by seven and its not really coming together." She admitted. "How is the teaching going? You still happy with your choice?" She looked down at the hot chocolate with a smile. "It was very sweet of you. Especially since we haven't really seen each other since you and Mason broke up."

"Here, I brought you some hot cocoa" for Ava from Dom

Ava looked up from the mountain of paperwork on the table in front of her before looking up at Dom with a smile. She took the cup, letting it warm her hands before taking a small sip. "Exactly how stressed did I look for you to get me this?"

Ava looked over at the women, doing her best to keep her cool.  It would hopefully only be for one night, what was the worst that could happen. She nodded when the other mentioned two beds, doing her best not to roll her eyes when it was assumed that she would be the one sleeping on the pull out. “Preferably two beds.” She added, giving the person behind the desk a small smile. “I guess we should probably get to know each other. Want to head to the bar while we wait for our room to be finished?”
