i think that Avalac'h (or whatever is his name) might be Francesca's father. Reasons:
her father is said to be a mage
they're both blonde
they're both full-blooded elves
she really doesn't like her biological father which fits with his personality
IIRC in the show Avalac'h is black and Francesca is brunette (also she's still able to have kids for some reason) so this doesn't apply, but i think it fits into the book canon nicely. also i don't remember them ever having a scene together.

Geralt hears some of the past, and finally begins to put his foot down.
“It took years, and quiet espionage on our behalf.” Iorveth said, smiling slightly. “But we began to gain power, gain notoriety. The world was changing, and so were we. We began to recruit, hard and heavy. Began to place our people all throughout the borderlands of Kaedwen and Temeria, slowly but surely, we began to gain footing. The humans of the area would have none of the elves or dwarves, but they began to listen to Saskia. So, a decision was made. We put her at the helm, me the guiding hands, and we took off. The support we began to gather was enormous, and it happened so quickly, and so fiercely, that we lost hold of it, like a fire burning out of control. Because of that we missed it, missed the Nilfgaardian spies that had been sent in amongst us. Elves. Isengrim had reappeared, and he was insisting that something was wrong down in Aedirn, so we moved our operation temporarily from Flotsam to Gulet. When we got there, we were ambushed. Isengrim was taken, and we began to break and splinter.”

Emhyr deals with the aftermath of the attempted coup.
“I am not under your rule, Emhyr.” Meve glared at him.
“No, you are not.” Emhyr agreed, nodding. “However, you are my guests, and I am trying ever so hard to prove to my southern lords that the northern lands are filled with people and places just as great as their own. One of the hardest things to shake in all this, is the idea that the north is filled with uncultured barbarians. One I know for a fact is not true as I have been to the north, been to Tretogor and Ard Carraigh in Kaedwen. Beautiful places, beautiful people.”
“Ah, but they are only beautiful if you are not different.” It was Three Jackdaws. “Their cultures, their music, their food even! I cannot rave enough about northern food. What little they get; they make excellent use of. But heaven help you if you are a species whose names don’t begin with H. But I do believe we are getting far from the topic at hand. We have brought you a gift, the betrayers. And one more should be arriving…”
“You humans have... hm, unusual tastes.”
