I don't usually ship trios, but Avalilidriel is an idea I've always found intriguing.

There's this scene of course, and whatever toxic smut it might inspire.

(Don't mind the horrendous gifs.)

But, I'm not that keen on it.

I'm much more interested in imagining what may have happened, if Ava had agreed to join the villains, when Lilith offered.

The dynamic would be something akin to this, I reckon.

Ava's battle gear matches perfectly with Adriel and Lilith's E8 couple's ensemble.

Meaning, the trio is perfection as villain x heroine x villain.

Lilith wanted Ava to come. It wasn't simply about gaining the Halo for herself and Adriel. She genuinely wanted Ava on their side. She understood Ava, or at least the person Ava used to be, the girl furious at her cruel fate, longing to be free. She had said once Ava was one of them now, and she wanted her to be again - only a different them. I do believe the three of them would've become lovers if she had agreed.

Lilith, dear, come on... You should've brought her to the fortress to seduce, not to your family manor to beat up. Adriel was even covered in blood for hot villain reasons already.

Adriel and Lilith cuddling in bed when Ava walks in, so Lilith just lazily lifts her wing for her to join them.

I said this x, yet funny thing is, in one of my WIPs, Adriel and Lilith are trying for a baby. Yet, for some reason, forget to mention it to Ava (when they propose to her after seducing her). According to the plot I currently have in mind, she only finds out about their efforts when Lilith becomes pregnant (I guess she could have figured, as they weren’t using any... you know).

Ava doesn't get mad though, she's quite excited and fluffy about it. She'll mutter "that's so cool" when touching her stomach, or lay her head on it and beam. Adriel acts in a similar way. They both weird Lilith out with their saccharine antics.

And, Ava's very sweet with Lucifer once he's born, she never wants him to feel the way she used to. She had no parents for most of her life, so she wants him to know he will always have three.

I imagine them reuniting with the OCS. The nuns would go "his name is WHAT?!"

In Avalilidriel, the one in the middle depends on who deserves/needs the most love and care in that moment.

Most of the time, especially when it comes to rest, it's between Ava and Adriel though. Lilith prefers to be on the edge, so she can cover both of them with her wing while laying on her side. And, she likes to watch the door (she's more protective than a rottweiler on steroids).
