Finally completed my redraw of my original drawing of my Avari Elf oc Guiying. She has really come a long way. Like, she has a fiancee/betrothed now. I included a little character colour palette on the drawing cause I'll be adding her to my Art Fight characters. Fun fact: I stole her hair and eye colour from Hetalia China lmao.

For that: a small doodle!!
Let's see though...
Personality: Zirimir is the youngest of his siblings, and so a bit more outgoing that they tend to be (the joy of not having to act the part of future heir or officer)! He's a very empathetic soul though, who loves his family's menagerie of animals, is the first to suggest small changes to improve the lives of his father's populace, and is happy to help staff if an extra hand is needed, which would drive his mother mad if it wasn't so genuine. He's also (despite being the youngest) the peacemaker of the family. Siblings arguing becomes an uncomfortable cold silence he tends to get made invisible by, so he tries his best to help people mend things. It's made him a great ambassador over time, with the skill to be both charming and diplomatic. However he does struggle with impulsivity and a love for embracing emotion, both being a bit of A Problem when needing to be strategic and level-headed.
Hobbies!! He's got so many hobbies, as he loves to try new things whenever he can! Particularly though he's very fond of horse-riding/racing, dancing, and exploring any nearby ruins. His favorite mount is a lovely Avari-made breed, and they've enjoyed racing across the desert and scaling the mountains around nearest the castle together since the saddle fit. Dancing, for Zirimir, ranges from more colorful folk dancing at home (his personal favorite), to slower or more formal dances for visiting diplomats attending their parties. His adventuring tends to be for fun rather than any real purpose, but he does like to pay attention for new routes/artifacts just in case.
Likes and dislikes... Hmm.. Definitely loves his horses, and parties, of course. He enjoys helping raise the new foals and yearlings, and training them for their stables or for clients. But he also really enjoys teatime with his grandmother every afternoon. A quiet moment to talk about studies and stories, and to enjoy any siblings visiting home for the moment.
Dislikes though, he's got a few! Sand being one!! Ironic since he lives near so much of it, but he hates when it gets where it shouldn't be, either in his eyes or his clothes or in his food/water. Also pompous people, the kind who regard everyone as below them, and are unaware of how important who they're speaking with is until it's time to kiss rings. Most of all though, he hates being exhausted. He wants to do everything and anything, wants to adventure and talk with anyone he encounters, so when he's too tired, even though he's elven, he hates having to stop and rest and miss out on whatever it was he wanted to do.

He has reddish hair and grey eyes. And wears blue and green. This is also like my 10th time trying to draw a design I liked for him lmao.

Another doodle dump.
Version 1 of a formal wear type outfit for Guiying. It was a bit hard figuring out how I wanted to portray the translucent capelet (it's silk btw) but it turned out pretty good.
I forgot to add makeup, but this is more about the outfit. This is based on the more modern version of the cheongsam. So the long, slender type dresses. I picture a more flowy bottom for easy movement. Also an embroidered dai (the silk belt) as well.
