Okay, so, there’s this big detail in Avatar’s geography that I only noticed a few days ago, and it irks me.
So the four nations, right? Earth Kingdom is obviously the biggest, the Fire Narion is a series of volcanic islands, the Water Tribes are on the poles...
But look at the Air Nomads!!
Sure, the Northern Air Temple is itty bitty, but the Southern, Eastern, and Western Air Temples have all of these different islands and continents!
Hell, I’d argue that before they were wiped out, their combined land was more than the Fire Nation! And they’re freaking nomads!!!
I mean, I get it, they get around and never really sit down unless they’re really old monks, but did they seriously just find all of these islands and say “hey, I know we don’t have Earthly attachments and all, but this is ours now.”
