No, they had vastly different types of wounds, regardless of the fact that the location of them is very similar.

Neytiri was shot with an arrow, which has a relatively standard tear through the body, as in, the entrance and exit would are the same. Not only that, the arrow remaining in her probably helped save her, as it kept bleeding to a minimal.

Netayem was shot with a gun, something that has a very different entrance and exit wound.

Not only that, he was bleeding heavily. We can compare the blood on Neytiri after she was shot to the blood on Netayem (and his family after touching him) and see how different the injuries were. Neteyam likely died in major part to blood loss. And as far as we know, the Na'vi don't do blood transfusions. Even if Neteyam had gotten to the village for treatment, he would likely have died anyway just because of the blood he had lost.

Neytiri wasn't bleeding as much because of the arrow. Not only that, she got advanced medical treatment when she got back to Hallelujah Mountains. Mo'at didn't take her to her mauri, she helped move her to Norm's lab for surgery. Had that not been an available option, it's entirely possible Neytiri would have died too.
