This was me a week and a half ago in between my #disney2lv races. I haven't run since that weekend as I've been taking some time off to rest my knee/leg. It's tough not running but this is some much needed downtime. I've been doing some aggressive rehab and recovery techniques as well as getting back on track with what has likely caused the issue, my nutrition. Unfortunately there will be no Turkey Trot for me this year but hoping everyone has great races tomorrow.
