it's been hard getting rid of apps n stuff but today I finally got rid of the bmi calculator window I had open to look for a pulled pork recipe. that's growth! fuck the lil ana voice chirping away, I'm going to live as happy as I can and pulled pork tacos is going to help me be happy.

I feel... like shit.
I did really well doing all in recovery today. breakfast, lunch, and dinner +snacks. I feel so guilty but I haven't even reached 2000 calories and I'm trying to hard to not be negative. food is fuel and food is good. I am also kind of dreading tomorrow because I've eaten so much (comparitively) today that I just want to restrict tomorrow.
