Not me seeing this article headline and reading it as “Extrisimism” and hearing it as the Game Grumps bit 😩😂
A Memory
So a couple years back I took my then girlfriend (now fiance) and then little brother (still little brother) to a Ninja Sex Party concert (with Starbomb). Concert was fuckin great, there were like ten bras thrown up on stage (at least one from a dude) and Arin got so fuckin pumped when he got one.
However, there was one moment that sticks out to me. At one point, Dan told us that Avi was in the seats.
And there was this weird kind of instant excitement that came over the crowd even greater than the excitement for the band. We were in the presence of a legend, a man only spoken of in hushed tones and “eeeeeeeehhhhhh”s. Suddenly he was real, and he was among us, and we could not be more jazzed.
This excitement quickly became a solid minute of people chanting his name and I could only wonder what it felt like for this man who plenty aware and proud of his son’s career, but may or may not quite get it. To know that his son is so beloved by so many people, that he himself has become beloved by those people, simply because of the way his son talks about him on the show.
I don’t have a thought to end this post on, I just kinda wanted to talk about this. I do hope it was a good experience for the old man.
Someone, please give me the dialogue between: Ross and his parents Dan and Avi
, please. if yall got a recording, please, if yall just remember, please i love them
I'm sitting at work and my coworker's 60+ year old dad comes in and starts chatting up a storm. After about 20 minutes, he turns to the door and says "ehhhhhhh I'm gonna go home and make some soup. Probably potato soup. I like potato soup." She tells him how she's sick and she needs soup, and he just pretends he didn't hear her and goes ".....ehhhhhh, I think I'm just gonna go home." She looked 100% done with this man. All I could think during this exchange was Avi Avidan doing this to Dan
Danny just posted a picture of Avi on his instagram! :D
Happy Father's Day to Avi!
Avi you are awesome!
