Enjoy the delicious combination of a classic BLT sandwich and a juicy burger with the added twist of crispy fried avocado slices.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cup flour. 1 egg, beaten. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil for frying.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Cut the ground beef into 4 patties. Add pepper and salt. In a different pan, cook the bacon until it's crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Put flour in a bowl that is not too deep. Beat the egg in a different bowl. Put bread crumbs in a third bowl. First coat the avocado slices in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, making sure they are well covered. Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Fry avocado slices until they turn golden brown. Put paper towels down to dry. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each burger patty in the last minute of cooking and grill until it's done the way you like it. Grill burger buns until they get a little brown. Put the burgers together: On the bottom bun, put lettuce leaves. Then, add the burger patty with melted cheese, a tomato slice, crispy bacon, and fried avocado slices. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
