Indulge in these creamy and dairy-free fudgsicles made with ripe avocados. They are a perfect paleo treat for satisfying your chocolate cravings without compromising on health.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for sweetness. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: After removing the pit and peeling the avocados, put the flesh in a food processor or blender. To the blender, add the cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and a small pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides to make sure everything is well combined. After tasting the mixture, taste again and add more or less cocoa powder as desired. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds after it has reached your desired level of smoothness and sweetness. After placing popsicle sticks into each mold, freeze the fudgsicles for at least four hours, or until they solidify. Run the fudgsicles under warm water for a short while to loosen them up, and then carefully pull them out of the molds. Present your dairy-free avocado fries as a tasty and nutritious paleo dessert!
