These Avocado Stuffed Meatballs are a delicious and unique twist on traditional meatballs. The creamy avocado center adds a burst of flavor and nutrition, making them a perfect dish for avocado lovers!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 lime, juiced. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream.
Instructions: Put Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Mix everything together well. Make a flattened ball with a piece of the meat mixture in your hand. To make a meatball, put half of an avocado in the middle and shape the meat around it. Do it again with the rest of the avocados. Set the pan on medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil. Put the meatballs with avocado inside in the pan and cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Do the avocado sauce while the meatballs are cooking. To make it, blend the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and one avocado until it is smooth. On the side, put salsa, sour cream, and the avocado sauce with the meatballs that have been filled with avocado. Have fun!
