Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 large egg. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp dried basil. 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup marinara sauce. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Pour marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced and submerged in the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through. Once cooked, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve the meatballs hot, either as a standalone dish or over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a keto-friendly option.
