New Certification for Garza Blanca Beach
Owners and visitors at Garza Blanca Residence Club will be pleased to read that on Wednesday October 9, 2013 Garza Blanca received official certification for the cleanliness and safety of its sandy white beach. The Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification (IMNC) presented the certification after having classified the beaches along the coast of Banderas Bay. Garza Blanca was one of only four beaches in Puerto Vallarta to have received the coveted certification. The resort was awarded a second certificate for the participation of Garza Blanca Preserve staff in the maintenance and preservation of the beach area.
The Mayor of Puerto Vallarta, Ramón Guerrero Martínez and other esteemed dignitaries attended the presentation ceremony on Wednesday at Garza Blanca to celebrate the prestigious certification. Both staff and managers at the resort were delighted with the recognition and aim to continue their exceptional good work in maintaining the impeccable quality of this stunning beach.
In order to qualify for the certification by IMNC, Garza Blanca Beach had to comply with the standards stipulated in MX-AA-120-SCFI-2006. The objective of the Mexican institute is to promote the conservation of Mexico’s beaches as well as ensure their safety and cleanliness for all visitors, including foreign tourists. IMNC sends teams of accredited experts to visit the beaches in the area to assess their quality in conjunction with the law.
This certification comes as excellent news for Garza Blanca, whose amazing soft white sandy beach is one of its most prized assets that continues to attract guests to its hotel and residence club year in year out.

Puerto Vallarta’s Timeshare Presentations Tactics
Timeshare is very popular in Puerto Vallarta thanks to the destination’s many attractions, spectacular surroundings and great resorts offering fractional ownership. As soon as you arrive to the port, you will have plenty of opportunities to buy a luxury timeshare from a number of reputable timeshare companies. Most timeshare presentations follow a similar structure, so let’s take a look at what you might expect from a timeshare presentation in Puerto Vallarta.
When you arrive to attend a timeshare presentation in Puerto Vallarta, you can be sure that a reputable company will hope that their timeshare accommodations will sell themselves. So before you enter the initial group presentation, many timeshare companies will give you some time to take in the surroundings of the resort, maybe enjoy breakfast or refreshments. Then you will be invited with other interested couples to listen to the introductory presentation.
The first sales pitch is usually a formal presentation with promotional materials that might include videos, PowerPoints and photographs that provide information about the resort and Puerto Vallarta. Here you will be given an clear idea of what is being sold to you.
A seller will then take time to get to know you and your vacation needs a little better so that they can best match your preferences with their timeshare products. They will probably want to know how often you have visited Puerto Vallarta and if it was somewhere you would like to return to in the future. The seller will then begin to show you photographs of the accommodations available to buy as timeshare or longer term fractional ownership. You may also see floor plans and a list of the timeshare suites’ features.
Following this, conversation will move onto finances and how much the different timeshare units cost and the savings you can make when you buy with them. It would be a good idea to take notes at this point and make a list of any questions you might have for the seller. From there you will go on a tour of the accommodations so that you can see what your money actually buys you. Now is the time for the accommodations to sell themselves.
Once you have totally fallen in love with the accommodations you will have to decide whether you would like to make Puerto Vallarta your second home. If you decide to buy a timeshare, you will be expected to sign the contract at the presentation in order to receive the best prices and any discounts on offer. Don’t forget to read the contract carefully so that your timeshare purchase is as smooth as possible.
