This is the kid's coat for eating/painting/anything that can potentially stain her clothes. The velcro was damaged and didn't stay close anymore.
Old me would just have throw the whole thing away because it costed like 3 euros and was easy to replace by a new one.
But new me only replaced the velcro. Took me 20 minutes of sewing. No money spent (the replacement velcro was part of a sewing kit my mother gifted me). And trash avoided.
Yeah for the planet and my finance!
