Today marks the 20 year anniversary of when Alexa Woods and the Weyland-Yutani gathered research team entered the mysterious underground pyramid beneath the ice of Bouvetøya island. There, they discovered a mystery that quickly evolved into a nightmare.

This movie is 20 years old guys! Can we hear it for the film that got me into this franchise? Can we sit here and bask in the pure cinema this was?

We got the first on-screen human/predator team up! I hope we see more team ups in the future! ☺️

Remember when the AvP movie said about the how Yautja quote-on-quote, “TaUgHt tHe hUmAnS hOw tO bUiLd” back in the ancient past?

I think the ones who wrote the hieroglyphs of the entire myth were some of those ancient humans… BUT THEIR PERSPECTIVE OF THE YAUTJA “TEACHING” THEM TO BUILD PYRAMIDS WAS W R O N G 😡

…Or maybe it was just Sebastian just reading that part of the story wrong- I mean, he DID say they were difficult to make out, after all- IDK. 🤷‍♀️

But THERE’S NO WAY THE YAUTJA WOULD TEACH THEM TO BUILD ENTIRELY LIKE THAT- THEY WERE NOTHING MORE THAN UNWORTHY LITTLE RUNTS TO THEM- 😤

Maybe the humans already knew how to build way before they arrived! It’s just that maybe they respected the hunters they thought were gods SO MUCH, that they learned how to build some of the pyramids of today, just because they were inspired by THEIRS. ON THEIR OWN, THEY BUILT THESE PYRAMIDS BC THEY JUST WANTED TO. TO IMPRESS “THE GODS”.

None of these theories are certain, ofc, but ONE THING FOR SURE…☝️

There is a hidden truth behind these myths only the Yautja themselves may know…

Fan Theory

Something I've been seeing a lot in the preditor movie community is the want for female yautja and people assuming at this point the creators are being sexist.

But what if I propose an idea I've had for a bit now.

Earth = Golfing

While Female players do exist in professional golfing, it is mostly dominated by males because we see it as a sport where they can go.

The same applies with dancing for wemon.

While, yes, they are mostly respected, it is a little shocking to see the respective sex do something unordinary.

So, what if to Yautja, earth is where the males go to hunt? They see it as a far playing game for females, but it is shocking because they have their own respected planets they can hunt without a lot of the opposite sex.

This would explain the lack of Females, because they go after a different type of prey that is just as hard as humans. If it be strength or intelligence, on a different planet.

Thats basically the idea. While I know a lot of people will go "but a lot of the creators are sexist!" I UNDERSTAND THAT.

I am just trying to say a theory that would make the male yautjas not sexist. I belive they see everyone as equals by strength, not sex. I mean their females are literally stronger, beefer, taller, and birth childern. If they were to be sexist, it would most likely be a reverse of ours because strength and killing is there center of culture.

So please feel free to share your ideas or thoughts about this.
