Hmm. I'm thinking of switching the story from second person to first person. I'm not far enough in that it would be crazy to go back and make those changes. And I think it might flow better.

I just wanted to thank everyone who's been checking out my story lately, and especially leaving kudos and comments! Seeing everyone enjoy it so much really makes me happy, and your support is great motivation to keep it going, so thank you!

(Also on a non-undertale note, any good vibes sent my way would be super appreciated right now! I'm going after a job I really want, and I should know within the next week if I've got it or not. Keep your fingers crossed for me!)

As I finish up with the character lineup, it occurs to me it would be reeeally easy to also split it up into brother pairs and go into a bit more detail about who they are. Would you guys be interested in something like that? It would be like... ages, some interests or fun facts. No spoilers about big plot points or their backstories, but I'm still on the fence because it would give away some minor character details before we get to them in the story. Opinions?

Well. I guess the good news is I have more time to write again.

#I got laid off from my job after 2 months #restructuring I guess? there wasn't much reason given #i'm still wrapping my head around it #but yeah.#i'll have more time and energy for writing again at least #avs talks

Oooohhh!!

I'm *THIS* close to publishing the next chapter, guys! I'm just polishing a few bits and scanning for mistakes, then it'll be all ready to go. I should have it out in a little under 24 hours, with a shiny new chapter cover to boot! :D

Another update

Hey folks, I'm still not dead! Just moving really slowly. Glacially, one might say, but even glaciers get there eventually!

The art block has been pretty severe, but picking prompts to inspire me has gotten me sketching again. I'm also slowly plugging away at chapter covers for A Lovely House of Bones.

Speaking of which, the next chapter is about 85-90% done, and has been taking goddamn forever because it's the longest chapter yet. But! It will be out this month, along with new art.
