But I wanted to know, I saw your tags about Eames and Saito being a brotp for you, and wondered if you'd ever written any meat about that relationship? Because I've always found it fascinating for what it said about Eames, that he definitely became a bit attached to 'the tourist' and all (even though not quite attached to risk limbo).

I've actually never written meta about Eames and Saito! I had... vague plans to make a gif set documenting the mini-progression of their relationship, then forgot about it. You've reminded me, thank you XD

But yeah, I did enjoy seeing how Eames slid from being arguably the most aloof team member to the one who formed some attachment to Saito without being... you know, beholden to Saito, like Cobb was. It was, as you said, not enough attachment for him to risk limbo, but it was an interesting development nevertheless.

I like to think there was a bit of like calling to like with Eames and Saito - they're both rather guarded, solitary men with an affinity for vice, and they're both more dangerous than they initially let on.
