The fact that in today’s society people are STILL romanticizing mental illness and using them as adjectives baffles me. How can you say you have anxiety or depression and not mean it or actually have it when there are people who daily suffer from it, and battle it. People who want to/take their own lives because of mental illnesses. How DARE you try and make that seem a smaller deal than it is or romanize it. There is NOTHING beautiful about mental illness. It’s a sickness, not something for you to exploit and market.
