What's the most awkward thing a partner (sexual or romantic) had said to you?
.... Whew. Let me think. For the psychotic-pressure-fucked-up category of awkward, I present: "If we don't work out, I'm giving up on anyone else. If you can't tolerate me, I'm going to be forever alone." From the same ex-partner, comes this lovely red flag gem of a statement. The context is that we were in a group of his friends, and we decided to get more wine and booze for everyone. He offered to buy it, and I said I was going to go pick it up because I needed to buy a few more things. When I got back to him and the group, I gave him the change from the purchase back, and he said: "See? You're such a good, honest woman. You didn't just steal my money like you women usually do." While slapping my butt in front of everyone. When I think back, every fucking thing about us was incredibly awkward. Thanks for the question! Hope I didn't bum you out with the reply :D
