it likely doesnt mean anything but that he thinks it's funny, the fandom jokes around that it's because it's ryan's lyric but i doubt thats really it lol bc brendon sings ryan's lyrics all night. honestly it's just funny to imagine that brendon has remained so bitter that he'll mock ryan's words in a song but i doubt that's the actual reason... he does a lot of silly things onstage
