Day six: reflection

Today I am realizing I am having more difficulty being completely honest with myself than expected. I notice I am writing around topics instead of exploring my thoughts and beliefs about them. How can I grow without transparency, ashamed of who I might learn myself to be? Today I promised to challenge myself.

Say the word until it becomes sound Self, love me for-being Forgiving-give to me selflessly Love unconditionally

Breathe in as deep as your roots go. Your soul is old, but your body is young… I AM: -LOVE Despite any and all opposition love with such ferocity and passion that you never let anyone come first. Your unrelenting intensity will outshine whatever effort you put into pleasing the desire of all others. How can you give yourself whole heartedly to another when you do not even have your own heart to give? Do not be so unfair self. Your heart is already so full that all you have to do is be; and by being you are beautiful perfect in your perfectness.

You are a product of the purest form of love. You are proof that there is no coincidence. The chain of events, chemical reactions, and bodily function that brought you to life is nothing short of a miracle. Your bloodline survived billions of years for you to be here. Your soul was given this body to learn who you really are all over again. To live all over again. Because once we’ve given all that we have, why not keep living …over and over again?
