What's more difficult than to understand and love other people, even if the that person has been cruel to us? • The answer is to understand and love ourselves. • Often we can be so hard on ourselves, and thinking that we're not good enough, we're not there yet, we don't deserve the love that we truly deserve. • So to read this inspiring post from @handayaniratih, on how understanding #Ayurveda has helped her to love herself even more, has successfully put smile on my face 😊. • Repost: After joining 'Ayurveda For Women' workshop last month, I came back home with a better understanding to accept the strength and the weakness within me. It isn't an easy task, but I could try thou. Before sinking into the #ayuverdic wisdom, I learned aura healing, chakra (pool of energy in our body) and yoga-meditation beforehand from my various therapist. Why? Because I have the hardest year since 2015, and I just realised that those life experiences has a purpose: to wake up my ether body, to wake up my old-flame, my awareness. • As a #pitta (fire-water) and #vata (ether-air) dominant, I easily get hot, and it can cause a very bad mood, also lower the intelligence use. When I am out of balance, more acnes come out, I pressure and penetrate others unconsciously. So, I use Vitality Now Pitta Balancing essentials oil blend as my spritzer or wound spray when I need it. I only have to give 10-15 drops in water and spray it into my bare skin, especially in hot climate. A very-very useful thing. • (PS: to purchase this Ayurvedic Essential Oil blend that is formulated by Kimmana, you can easily order online through this link www.bit.ly/vitalitynoweo) • #AyurvedaIndonesia #WholisticBalanceTips #wbchallenge
