Hetalia Meet-up at Saboten 2015!

Yay! I’m hosting this year’s meet too! I love this con a lot, and it’s our first year in this hotel too, so I want to make sure we have a good rep here! Feel free to come in or out of cosplay, we will be taking pictures (group and single) and possibly playing games (considering we only have an hour). Link to other meets is here!

BASIC MEET-UP RULES!

-Please be respectful to everyone (yourself included)! You get three warnings before we ask you to leave! -No yelling or screaming! We use kindergarten rules where three fingers in the air means quiet so you don’t miss important information! -DO NOT BASH SHIPS OR CHARACTERS HERE! If you dislike a ship during photos, just don’t participate in it. Being rude about this wont be tolerated! -Please please please STAY HYDRATED! We’re in Arizona, it’s hot outside, and although the balcony is shaded for the most part, it’s still hot. Please be careful! Generally, use common sense and be kind to one another! This is a safe community, please try to keep it that way! I’ll be there as England (official uniform) on Saturday with my flag so please look for me!

PHOENIX COMIC CON

OH MY GOD I HAD SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! I went the first few hours as john egbert for the very first homestuck panel but then got lost after the panel ended, lmao I had walked around for a bit and met a few people and took a hella ton of pictures ; o ; OH! Then I changed into my punk! Prussia cosplay and had to hunt down Germany, I had also saw England, Chibi! America and... Norway I believe, oh my god they were all so cute ; v ; ; v ; ; v ; ; v ; Only like two people noticed that I was prussia xD but I don't blame them bc im hella short and didn't have my red eye contacts. But omggg it was so fun I got tackled to the ground outside the con by a Canada and almost kissed to death. that was gr8

You know what I just wanted to say I'm actually super proud of the hetalians this last saboten because you guys were all super well behaved and didn't cause trouble and I asked a lot of people if we were bothering anyone and literally no one had anything bad to say so I'm really proud of you guys this year-

Hetalia Saboten '14 Meet-up!

Mini hiatus break to bring information on the meet-up that was very close to not happening this year!!

Who: Hetalia Cosplayers! What: A meet-up. We'll take photos and then play some games, depending on what everyone wants to do is what games we'll play! When: Saturday, August 30th; I'm planning for a bit later, around 4:45-5:00pm (We'll start at 5 just to make sure everyone who wants to be there has time) because then we can all have fun and do whatever and by the time we're finished, it'll be dinner time! Where: Right over in the shopping district that's right across from the hotel parking lot; it's not far and we generally meet-up between the two big restaurants! You should be able to see us somewhere in that area once you're between the fountains. For visual help, it'd be here:

 and you should be able to find us about here or in between the buildings for shade (but you can still see us)

Rules: Of course, we always have to have rules. They're really simple and you guys are very very smart so I'm sure this will go smoothly!

No screaming or excessive yelling. We are in a public place and we really don't want them getting mad at us and asking us to live because we were being rowdy

Be respectful!! There are still going to be people there that are not there for the convention. Do not harass them, and if they ask questions, be polite!

Don't touch people without their permission! This is common sense ok?

Do not harass people if they do/don't like a ship that we take pictures of! It's rude.

Stay hydrated! This is outside, and we are in Arizona. It is suuuuuper hot here! Please keep yourself safe and drink lots of water!!

Generally have common sense in the public space, it's not hard, and I'm sure you all can handle it! I will only give you one warning and if you have to be reminded again, you will be asked to leave!

I hope to see everyone there! If people who want to go that don't have tumblrs, please let them know too! Word of mouth is just as good! Look for a Fem!England who probably looks like they're dying because they don't follow their own rules of drinking water!! Also a Fem!America because I'll be asking imaginehowistouchthecarlos to help me to make sure everyone stays safe and has a fun time!! Thank you!!

Just to get this out there At Saboten con ill be doing $7 photo shoots they would an hour long and i know some really good places, ill edit them and email them to you after con. :-) If you wanna see examples of my work shoot me an ask and ill give you an email!
