So I saw a post on @werenotyellingwerecubans about #CubanCoffee and I got inspired to show you guys how I make it. 1) your tools; make sure to use a soup spoon and a glass/transparent measuring cup. You can also use the mug instead you will drink this from. And don't forget the most important thing: MUSIC 🎶 to give it more #SABOR (I have a playist if you're interested 😉) 2) water to about that level, pack coffee LIGHTLY. If you put too much pressure it will change the flavor. 3) the lowest heat possible (for maximum flavor 🤤). 4) just a spoonful of #AZUCAAA ... and then some 🤣 if it doesn't look like a tiny mountain, it's not enough. 5) you gotta grab the very first coffee that comes out; it has the strongest flavor. BELIEVE ME if you don't, it tastes different. 6) you gotta beat it until your arm hurts, rest for 10 seconds, then keep beating it until your arm falls off or it's almost white. The lighter the color, the more foam you will have in the end. 7) "Good things come to those who wait". The heat will slowly work its way through the sugar and release the foam.
