we’ve found out recently that aaron ehasz head writer of atla said that azula loved zuko more than anyone, save her father 😭
in “the beach” azula notices zuko’s not doing ok and tries to make him feel better by making him join the others
in “the headband” azula finds out zuko is visiting iroh and does NOTHING about it. she just tells him to be careful.
Hi I am the anon who send you that question if Zuko cared for Azula.In a narraciset and golden child and scapegoat child abuse,scapegoat always blames the golden child instead of the parent don't you find it weird when Ozai did to Zuko was abuse(burning him,banishing him,pitting him against Azula)yet he never blamed the Ozai instead he thinks Azula is all of his problems while it's reasonably because Zuko is just a teenager in this it doesn't justify his actions and when he went back home maybe he was emotionless against her was because he was lost and confused
I don't know the things You mentioned tbh. But yeah, he always acts like Azula is the problem in his life.
While he also blames Ozai in TDOBS, his behaviour towards Azula doesn't change at all.
Like I wrote in my answer, he is blinded by his hate. But I can't even see that he ever tried to change anything in their relationship. Or firstly in his behaviour towards her.
He might have been lost and confused, yet when he found his way, he kept on being how he is.
