klsdfj thanks for the ask Az 💖 Idk if there’s a section of the fic that im like DYING to talk about (bc i forget a lot of what i write after i post it lmao) but if i had to choose one it’d probably be the one where glimmer and catra make up after their fight and start to become friends because WOW that was probably the hardest chapter i’ve had to write so far (also because im a sucker for glitra)
like i usually take two weeks to write a chapter but that one took three because there was a LOT in it. especially since most of it was dialogue. Dialogue is fun to write but getting the pacing and voice down always trips me up :’) I still wasn’t satisfied with it in the end but apparently people liked it! so that was really reassuring to hear TwT
i also just HAD to finish the chapter off with glimmer putting makeup on catra because i needed to make it as gay as possible. the only downside was that i got too into it and i was SO close to putting a smooch in there. like half of me was like “pls just make them kiss already holy shit” but the other half reminded me that it was WAY too soon for that XD
im gonna end up rambling on forever if i keep going so im gonna stop it there lmao. this was fun tho!! thanks again for the ask!! 💖💖💖
