IS THIS A CALLOUT OR WHAT?!
DEAR YEVON---
// just as a reminder: my viii, ix, xii, xiii and xv au’s for braska are my life.
The Darkmoon Knight lit the candles, took off his helmet and kneeled in prayer. "O' Dark Sun, I am at a loss of what to do. Mine comrades and I have faithfully served but now there is talk of the end of the age of fire. We have tried everything to revive thou, but to no avail." He trembled slightly in his speech. "If thou can hear mine voice, Dark Sun, mine Master, then prithee help mine comrades and I, as we will die protecting and attempting to bring thee back". He remained there in silence.
( 陰の太陽 ) —
Silence. It might have lasted another age for all he knew. He did not take note; he had not cared. The stillness was cut by the breath of a mortal, slow and steady. It found its rhythm and, just as the knight had promised, he did nothing but wait.
The candles burned low, burned out. And it was only after darkness had overtaken them each that the Dark Sun’s eyes lifted, his attention fell to the figure, so small, who had begged for him, his mercy.
He seethed. He had not died. And even if he had, he would not have wished to be brought back. Death and life were two sides of the same coin and all things came together. It would happen eventually. Soon enough---
It was not like his knights, though, to beg for his return. Once, he had had no patience for the weak, the faint of heart. Now?
Perhaps he, too, was weak. He breathed. Then, at last, he spoke.
“ To die, honor-bound, is thine path, chosen. ”, he began. His voice quivered, angry. “ Thine path is no gift. All shall die. Dost thou seek to try and avoid such a fate? ”
He paused, briefly, though he waited for no answer. Quiet, his voice barely a whisper---
“ Fool. Thine path is set. ”

I dunno if it's been done yet. but 19?
It hasn’t!
19: What's their dialogue when speaking to SS after the ending? (You can decide which faction SS goes with.)
[Railroad/Brotherhood]
“It is difficult to process... but they are gone. Nora. There is... nothing I can say that will make this easier. But know that because of you, the Commonwealth will sleep soundly tonight. Do not underestimate the impact you’ve had on the lives of all of us. We owe you... maybe our lives.”
[Institute]
“There are no words for what you have done today. But, that aside; I find your unwillingness to act in the interests of us both to be in conflict with my sense of self preservation. As such, our contract is terminated. I will not pretend to be sorry for that. I hope your choice was the right one, Nora.”
Enlighten me about a Charon / Fahrenheit ship and what it would entail xD
Ooooh~~ Y’all don’t wanna start me off on an easy one do ya?
Hmm. Actually, I think it’d be (comparatively) easy for Charon to drop his suspicion and some of his spikiness for Fahrenheit, because she comes across as controlled and severe as he does, and they have enough in common - at least on a surface level - that he’ll hold her in higher regard than most. She’s clearly someone used to defending herself by violent means, and she’s seen a lot of loss/death, if her sacrifice lines are anything to go by. She’s no Diamond City stand-dweller. And, she’s very solemnly dedicated to protecting Hancock, but she’s not forced to. That reminds Charon that there are some people worth watching over like that, and not all employers are the wastes of skin he’s had to deal with so far. So she inadvertently makes his life more bearable. We’re not too far into that thread yet, but I can imagine she’d be as short with him as with anyone else, and that’s not gonna bother him. She might get some low-effort sarcasm back from him, but he actually appreciates when people talk to him like another person. Even if they’re pissy about it - at least they’re not doing what Ahzrukhal did and treating him like a dog. I’m hesitant to make forecasts beyond friendship, partly because I’ll eat my left shoe if anyone on god’s earth was ever interested in Charon that way for real ( none of this jerky fetish shit, this is a Christian Blog(TM) ) and partly because it makes him glare at me harder than usual, but hypothetically speaking, she’s a decent candidate because he’s able to relax more than normal around her. It helps that he’s not directly employed by her, so his ability to speak isn’t crippled around her, either.
