[COVERAGE] B1A4 Special Fanmeeting In Malaysia
Followed by a very succesful ending on their first Roadtrip World Tour last year, these Countryside Idols which known as B1A4 has marked their 4th visit for a fanmeeting with their fans here in Malaysia. This special fanmeeting was organized by TGM Events with the cooperation by CJ E&M, WM Entertainment and M-Live and also sponsored by TONY MOLY and Acer Malaysia ; in conjunction with the release of Acer Liquid Jade smartphone. The "Let's Fly with B1A4 and Acer" Malaysia first solo performance was held at KL Live on 10th of January at 6pm.
Debuted in 2011 with their hit single "O.K" from their album 'Let's Fly', this multi-talented group 'B1A4' which is named attributing to the member's blood types is consisted of Jinyoung (24), CNU (24), Sandeul (23), Baro (23) and Gongchan (22). B1A4 is also an abbreviation of 'Be The One, All For One'. They were first introduced through a web-comic and currently the face of a famous Korean cosmetic brand Tony Moly and accessories brand Hats On. B1A4 is very popular among the korean media and were given many nicknames. Aside from Countryside Idols, they also promoted their own nickname which is 'sprout-dol' and even created a 'sprout dance' which have received a lot of attentions from the fans.
B1A4 arrived at the airport in the evening of the day before the fanmeeting and were welcomed by their fans called 'BANA' which was first announced by the leader, Jinyoung on B1A4's fancafe. 'BA' represents B1A4 while 'NA' represents the fans. It means, "we have fallen for each other". Despite the sudden news of their visit to Malaysia, the fans still managed to show their warm welcome and supports to the boys. On the day of the fanmeeting was held, some fans were willing to wait at the entrance of the hall since afternoon because the fans were getting packed by times. The fans were allowed to enter at 6pm and enjoyed themselves with B1A4's songs that were played in the hall excitedly. While the boys made their final preparation, the fans were greeted by the MC, Bernard Hiew. He introduced himself and told the fans some details about the event before giving the stage to the group who were long awaited by the fans.
The boys of B1A4 started off with their debut song "O.K" and "Beautiful Target" which pumped up the energy of the BANAs to another whole level with their lively singing, energetic dancing and also great fan services. After the first two songs ended, the boys were welcomed by the MC before asked to introducing themselves one by one. The boys managed to greet and introduced themselves in simple Malay Language as an act of their appreciations towards the fans. The B1A4's members also mentioned about how wonderful it was to be back in Malaysia after a long time and they were also thankful and overwhelmed by the amount of the fans who came to the fanmeeting. The members also mentioned that they heard about the bad flood happened recently in Malaysia and worried of Malaysian BANAs that affected by the tragedy.
After a while, the boys took the stage again with 3rd song "Lonely" which is the title song of the album Who Am I and was produced by the group leader, Jinyoung himself. The stage then continued with "If", which had touched the fans hearts with the sad lyrics.
Moving on to the Q&A Session, the MC asked the boys to picked 5 lucky fans from the questions board which were placed outside the hall entrance before the event started, so that the fans can write their questions or wishes to the boys. B1A4's member showed their playful and cheeky attitudes when responding to the fans questions and wishes such as acting cute 'aegyo', heart posing, crazy dancing and also korean drama parodies.

The boys then sang 5 songs back-to-back after the Q&A Session with fans ended which were "Pretty", their current song "Solo Day", "A Glass of Water", "What's Happening" and also "Baby Goodnight". All the BANAs' chanting was loudly heard and they were having fun as they sang along with the boys. They went for a break at backstage while the crew set up tables for the Hi-Touch Session with VVIP & VIP fans a few minutes later.
Lastly, the boys came out again on stage and for encore by singing "You Are My Girl" for the BANAs and provided the fans with great fan services for the last time. Member C-NU had taken few selcas with lucky fans in VVIP section with other members showed endless fanservices to BANAs. In total, they performed 10 songs throughout the fanmeeting.
They made their last speech, stating about how they would like to come again in the future and they were happy to meet the Malaysian BANAs before bid their goodbyes. The VVIP ticket fans had the opportunities to take a group photos with B1A4 after. Even though it was a brief yet special fanmeeting with the boy group B1A4, it was good having them here in Malaysia and all the fans are hoping for more in the future.
