Things I'm proud of even though they're not that impressive:
I'm damn good at riling up a crowd when I need to be.

Pictures from BAACon! These are all the lone pictures (multi-person pics will go in a different post). I had some fun with captions, too. And don't forget to take a closer look at the collarbone; I have the bite marks!
I just kind of wish there'd been some other Naruto cosplayers there. A Sasuke or Suigetsu, preferably, but any Naruto character would be fine.
I did slap a guy IC, though. That was nice.

The Baruch Anime Asylum Convention!
This is a free anime convention being hosted in the middle of New York City. If you live in or near Manhattan, we urge you to come. The event will be hosted by Baruch College's very own anime club, on Friday, April 25th, 2014, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
There will be screenings, panels, a host club, and various contests. There will also be prizes and free food.
Yours truly will be hosting the Cosplay Contest, FanFiction panel, and Low-Cost Cosplay panel. I will be in Karin cosplay, if you so choose to find me.
You can register to get your ticket here.
Hurry, because there are less than eighty normal tickets left, and cosplay entry tickets are running out, though if they do run out, contact me.
All proceeds will be donated to Child's Play Charity.
See you there!
Two months left 'til BAAcon!
I get to host and judge a cosplay competition with $90 worth of prizes ($50 for first, $25 for second, $15 for third), and I'm planning on cosplaying as Karin from Naruto for that stint as host.
I also get to host a panel on fanfiction and one on low-cost cosplay (though that'll mostly be lead by guest speakers).
If you live in or near NYC and are free between 9 AM and 6PM on Friday, April 25th, please consider coming. Especially since I'd actually like to meet a lot of you.
Wow so for some reason last night's TWD rant must have attracted some Walking Dead Tumblrs, hello, thanks for following. I'd love to follow a few of you back (especially the Daryl blog heeey) but I'm too fearful of season three spoilers! Sorry dears... !
In other news... last night I was on about 'a long day tomorrow' and I just woke up. It's half one. Gah. I only have myself to blame. And you, Leon, because I was dreaming you kept sending me messages and my phone beeped so I kept waking up irl to read your messages? Stop sending me dream messages.
On the plus I bought bacon yesterday. I have never ever bought bacon in my entire life. I've always feared that when I bought my first pack I would never stop buying bacon. Because it's bacon. I love bacon. But now I have bacon and I'm going to go make an awesome bacon seeded bun butty maybe perhaps also with an egg... yes.
