Originally I wasnt going to post this, but I feel that it's best that I do. I felt a pop from my shoulder while being caught in an arm lock and I felt the elbow about to do the same and basically yelp out in pain. I sat out the round, but proceeded to roll again for the final round and got caught in an armbar with the same shoulder 🙄 I can see the fear in my eyes, thinking the worst. But it's important to reflect on things like this and learn from it. And learn that if I'm tired or I'm not doing well, theres no shame in tapping.
