How could you do this, babe?
Taylor Swift songs that end the same way they begin
I feel like babe tv and better man tv are kind of being slept on because we already knew the lyrics and we had an idea of what we were getting, but they deserve appreciation!! Taylors version is so good!
I just think it's interesting that in the babe music video the girl he cheated on her with was a red head, and in the all too well short film the lead character was too... like maybe the short film was from the other girl's perspective, the one who jake cheated with, who maybe also had her heart broken at the same way at the same time... how very Augustine....
im in shock how much i was shocked by better man and babe, like ive heard the songs before but the fact we havent gotten taylors version of them until now is a crime
taylor always manages to make my day better every time she announces something... i love that lady!!
Okay I've been rewatching all the red tv lyric videos and I have questions
Like- Better Man, we/ppl thought when it came out w/ LBT that it might be about calcium harvest but??? It's a red era song soooooooo... is it about jackweed goatface?
And- Babe- the "broke the sweetest promise that you never should have made" line caused speculation that they might have been engaged😬... but I mean does the ring background on the tv lyric video kinda back that up? Thoughts??? I mean
The Lucky One- so I wasn't on here when the original red came out so idk if this has been dived into but especially now with the visuals on the tv lyric video, it reminds me so so much of Britney Spears' "Lucky," which I used to bop to but like it's also just as sad and now knowing all Britney went through since then (finally free now though! so happy for her) and just that both these top singers made songs like this at young ages/early on in their careers (relatively speaking) idk it just has me feeling some kind of way
Anyways would love to hear thoughts/discussions!
