Cɪɴɴᴀᴍᴏɴ Bᴀɴᴀɴᴀ Cᴀᴋᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ Dᴀʀᴋ Cʜᴏᴄᴏʟᴀᴛᴇ Gʟᴀᴢᴇ . . . 🆁︎🅴︎🅲︎🅸︎🅿︎🅴︎ ♡ Cᴀᴋᴇ: 1 stick unsalted butter, softened 1/2 c. Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2 eggs (best if room temp) 2 ripe bananas 1 1/2 c. AP flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 c + 1 TBSP vanilla yogurt 3/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 TBSP molasses Gʟᴀᴢᴇ: 2oz dark chocolate chopped 5oz heavy cream or almond milk 1 TBSP sugar 1 TBSP butter 1. Cream together butter & sugar with hand mixer/stand mixer 2. Add eggs one at a time. Fully incorporating the first egg before adding the 2nd. 3. Mix in the ripe bananas 4. Add the baking powder, salt, and 1 cup of the flour, mix until just combined. 5. Add yogurt, molasses, & vanilla extract, mix until just combined. 6. Add the remaining flour mix lightly. Pour into your greased pan (I used a bundt pan). Bake at 350°F for 40-45mins. For the glaze: 1. Chop your chocolate and place in a bowl 2. Heat your sugar and cream to a simmer. Make sure sugar is dissolved. 3. Pour the cream mixture over your chopped chocolate, let sit a few mins so it can melt the chocolate. 4. Whisk in the butter and then drizzle over your warm cake.
