       he’s been in the same spot for almost thirty minutes, unmoving. with his daughter so delicately settled in his arms, he’s been studying every trace of her. one of his fingers delicately smooths over the tip of her ear, as she sleeps peacefully. not as rounded as his own but also not as pointed as vex’s. and of course she’s got a few features that just screams de rolo. he plans to memorize them all.  “ hm? ”  he glances up at the sound of his name, though it’s been said almost three times now.

Circling back around once his little paws hit the ground, the mysterious fox was rather dexterous in his play, it being far more speedy than what a normal one of its kind would be. Darting first around Yuki, and then under him, the little fox was hardly more than a blur as he sped around the yard, leading the kitsune this way and that with the occasional happy yip when he was close to being caught. 

The glamour couldn’t last for long though, with the limitations to the halfblood’s powers, the little fox soon finding himself a human once more, or under the guise of a human at least, sans the horns and tail that refused to be hidden with the drain to Gundham’s energy. With one last lunge towards the kitsune, Gundham rolled them as he lost his glamour, being pinned under the fox now as he lay flat on his back in the grass. 

He was smiling, a bright, unabashed thing that normally didn’t get the privilege of gracing his face without being hidden, his laughter befitting that of a being made to charm humans out of their souls with how sweet it sounded ringing through the air. Ruffling Yuki’s fur now that he was back to a relative normal, Gundham grinned up at his companion, breathing heavy and body lagging, but unmistakably happy. “Thank you for letting me indulge in this play, I’ve always wondered what it was like.”
