He’s here!
Our little cutie arrived on 1/16, about a week and a half before my scheduled due date. My doctors decided last minute that I would be induced on Thursday evening and after a really long and grueling 48 hours, he was born Saturday at 7pm.
We’re all back home now and everyone is healthy. So far he’s doing pretty well with sleeping and feeding — B and I have even gotten a bit more sleep these first few nights than I had anticipated. It’s been challenging in ways I didn’t expect and it’s been rewarding already in so many ways I couldn’t have imagined.
I’m sure I’ll be posting much more about it in the days and weeks to come, but for now, I’ll leave it at that. He’s here!
