Today’s walk was about 6.5 miles (10.5 km) and brought me to The Fenway where I passed by Mrs. Jack Gardner’s place (nka Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum), the newly returned statue of Scottish poet Robert Burns, the Back Bay Fens, the H.H. Richardson designed gatehouses that controlled the flow of Stony Brook into the Muddy River, and the banks of the Muddy River itself. Distancing was easy on this one because I kept to the public alleys when possible, and the paths around the Muddy River are very very wide. #boston #thefenway #isabellastewartgardnermuseum #muddyriver #backbayfens #publicalleysofboston (at Boston, Massachusetts) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-JKNPGhpRx/?igshid=1300nqnjvlbo4
