I'm pretty stupid, can you explain again the different clones of Dottore in your fics? I'm super forgetful, I need a cheat sheet!

Of course! As far as I know (and people can correct me), Dottore has 24 clones of himself. One for each letter of the Greek alphabet.
Since Alpha is the first, that makes that particular clone the earliest/youngest while Omega is the last, thus the oldest and most recent clone. (Going by the age of Dottore himself at those times)
This is purely for my fics, but I headcanon that:
Alpha is the youngest clone of him from his Akademiya days. Thus, more prone to expressing himself and has very little patience.
Zeta is at a weird point in time, significant enough to clone but not quite where he wants to be and still working things out. One of the easiest to torment and so you do so very often. His patience still isn’t really there which makes it extra amusing.
Mu is the middle point of Akademiya days and present day. He’s the in-between exasperated but unsurprised by the shit you do.
Omega is closest to present day Dottore, thus when Dottore himself isn’t around you subject Omega to all your shenanigans meant for him. 10/10 the best piggy back rides out of all the clones (and by piggy back I mean he just has you float behind him, but at least he doesn't drop you). He has the most patience, excluding Dottore himself, for all your antics.
And if you mean in Sick Day why I point out Alpha in particular, it’s because you were the only person Dottore had at that point in his life staying by his side. So the idea of him hating you (and consequently the chance that you may leave because of it) is a disturbing thought indeed and out of all of them he would express that the most.
