It’s pretty amazing to get to experience Chair Yoga with the BackJoy SitSmart Posture CORE. What’s nice about this product is that it’s adjusted for ASIANS like me! :-) The moment I sat on it, I already felt that my posture’s corrected. I’m already using this while driving and I could feel the delighful difference! I’ll definitely bring this to the office next week and get my posture right while working! It’s also nice to get an intimate session with Doreen of Backjoy and Ivy of Yoga Plus before our group session! I understood the product and the integration of it in my yoga practice better!
