we know that will is most probably carrying life saving stuff on it right?? he is being targeted by vecna, he need his headphones, walkie talkie, and maybe even a first aid kid.
mike still has his s1 backpack, and he still uses it (we see it in the teaser) so why is it that he is carrying wills backpack in almost all the shots?

okay so we basically know that mike is carrying will‘s backpack in season 5 ( based on the funko pops and bts pictures) and that is even more the confirmation that they will spent the majority of the season together.
i mean will‘s backpack is his emergency pack with his headphones etc. in case of vecna attacking, so mike HAS to be near will all of the time to ensure that he will get to him in time!
