There isn't necessarily one or 2 permanent leader(s) due to it depending on the sport or situation. It just rotates a lot of the time.
(Also going forward, ima just keep the bios for the backyardified managers to only yap about how the rest of the bys kids think of them and how they got their nicknames bc they're mostly carbon copies of their original counterparts)
Not a lot of kids know about Misty because she usually doesn't hang out with most of the bys characters, but those who do (Ricky, Annie, Lisa [if she is with Annie that is], Vicki, and Luanne) say that she is sweet and sympathetic, albeit sensitive and has her head constantly in the clouds. Overall, an underrated backyard kid. She got her nickname from her love of jumping in puddles.
Mary is semipopular around other kids because of her knowledge of aquatic animals and love for the environment. As a result, she's also described as being a different version of Annie as they both share their love for the environment (which is also how they both became friends). Dante was eating some fish sticks when deciding to give marry the nickname 'fish sticks'.
Holly is not very well-liked for her nitpicky behavior and gets an overall bad reputation as a result. She is softer on the inside once you get to know her (however, the process is gradual). She has a somewhat aggressive rivalry with 2 kids, Kimmy and Tony (a hate triangle, if you will). (Take a WILD guess as to how she got her nickname/s)

The backyard kids really like Belle due to her being a sweet girl. There's also a friendly rivalry between her and Sally as they occasionally compete for who bakes the better cookies. Another thing about her is that Bjb is her best friend (the Bjb part is my part). She got her nickname from Angela because of her signature punch that she does on those punching bag arcade thingies
Dale is the best stand-up kid for his team, although she can be stubborn at times, and he has a hard time letting certain things go sometimes, She's great for his team because of her great defense and speed. He also bickers with Holly and is semi-friends with Lisa. Also, no one really knows if the chain that she has is made out of candy, a real chain that's part of his mask, or something entirely different. Also, she got his nickname from her outfit resembling a lock (duh/lh).
Similar to Misty, Sarah doesn't like to hang out with people a lot of the time. As a result, she works best when she's the furthest from everyone else. She also has a friend (Maria Luna) who gave her the nickname from the show "My Precious Ponies," and one of the characters reminded her of Sarah.
The bys kids included are: Annie (pink[?] hat), Lisa (yellow hat), Angela (blue hat), and Ricky (orange hat).

For the most part, Annie loves the team she's in. But, she thinks that Holly can be a bit nicer and that Dale should be more open-minded about other people's opinions. She even sees this team as family at times, too!
Lisa Crockett

Lisa didn't actually care too much about the team and only joined when Annie joined because Annie wanted her to join as well. Although she's starting to like Dale and Marry a bit.
Angela Delvecchio

Angela likes this team for the snacks that each kid takes turns bringing for the rest of the week and the team's resilience. But she doesn't love it because of some missed potential of certain members and the arguments that are either caused by Dale, Holly, or even Angela herself.

Ricky loves how patient and understanding most of his teammates are to him. He even sometimes thinks that this is the most respectful team that he's ever joined. Fun fact: this is the team where he made the most freinds.

Baseball: a few great batters, but fielding is this team's strong point.
