For those who love bacon, this Triple Bacon Burger is a delicious treat. It's a bacon bonanza with three kinds of bacon: crispy bacon strips, bacon-infused burger patties, and a creamy bacon sauce!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 6 strips of bacon. 3 slices of cheddar cheese. 3 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon mustard. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onions. Pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the temperature of your stovetop griddle or grill to medium-high. Make three equal portions out of the ground beef, then shape them into burger patties. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Crispy bacon is cooked in a separate skillet. After removing the bacon, spread it out to drain on paper towels. Burger patties should be cooked on the grill for 45 minutes on each side, or until done to your preference. Garnish each patty with a melted slice of cheddar cheese during the final minute of grilling. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they get a light brown color while the burgers cook. To make the sauce, combine the mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Cover each bun's bottom half with sauce before assembling the burgers. Top the sauce with a lettuce leaf and then a cheese-topped burger patty. Add the pickles, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and two bacon strips. Place the remaining bun on top of each burger. Warm up your Triple Bacon Burgers and savor them!
